This initial video experiment marked a pivotal point in my artistic development, propelling me into an exploration of digital archives and their potential as artistic material. I created a curated YouTube archive, focusing on videos from 10–15 years ago, specifically those related to my childhood. This was driven by a desire to capture a sense of nostalgia and to examine a less self-conscious era of internet content, prior to the rise of highly curated and 'perfected' online personas.
